You select a class tier and pay the monthly fee for the duration of your renovation project. The monthly amount covers labour, project management, and standard materials. Specialist materials or fixtures beyond the standard allowance are quoted separately and invoiced at cost.
Yes — you can upgrade at any point. Downgrading is possible subject to a 30-day notice period and may affect the scope of work already planned. Our project managers will work with you to adjust the plan accordingly.
The lump sum quote covers all labour, project management, standard materials, and coordination fees for the full project scope agreed upon. It does not include owner-supplied fixtures, permit fees, or unforeseen structural work discovered during renovation.
Single-room renovations average 3–5 weeks. Full-home renovations typically run 8–16 weeks depending on scope. First Class projects benefit from priority scheduling which can reduce timelines by up to 30%.
Yes — we manage all required building permits and council approvals on your behalf. Permit fees are passed through at cost and itemised in your quote.
For monthly plans, your rate is locked for the duration of the agreed scope. For lump sum projects, we honour the quoted price for the agreed scope. Any client-requested changes or unforeseen structural issues are quoted as variations before work proceeds.
